Rules for appointments and procedures — PIERCING & TOOTH GEMS.
1. These terms and conditions define the rules for booking and performing piercing services and tooth gems application.
2. Making a reservation is equivalent to accepting these terms and conditions.
3. All services are performed in accordance with applicable Norwegian law and the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
4. The studio guarantees an individual approach, aesthetic execution, and customer comfort at every stage of the visit.
1. Appointments take place strictly by prior reservation.
2. Reservations can be made through available contact channels (e.g., booking system, private message via social media, SMS, or email).
3. Booking an appointment means reserving the specialist's working time exclusively for the client.
4. Being late for more than 10 minutes may result in the cancellation of the appointment.
1. Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled free of charge no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
2. Changing the date is possible after prior contact and depends on the availability of new time slots.
3. The studio reserves the right to reschedule an appointment in unforeseen circumstances, such as illness.
1. In the event of:
- failure to appear at the appointment,
- cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice,
the studio reserves the right to charge a fee for the unused appointment slot in the amount of 400 NOK.
2. The fee constitutes compensation for the reserved time and the inability to accommodate another client.
3. Payment of the fee may be required before making a new reservation.
4. Booking an appointment signifies acceptance of the above rules.
1. Services are performed on:
- individuals who are almost of legal age (16+),
- individuals under 16 years of age only with the consent and in the presence of a legal guardian.
2. The client is obliged to provide truthful information about their health condition.
3. The studio may refuse to perform the service in the case of:
- poor health of the client,
- the client being under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
- medical contraindications to the procedure.
1. All procedures are performed with the highest hygiene standards:
- sterile, single-use tools (piercing),
- professional, safe materials (tooth gems),
- thorough disinfection of the workstation.
2. For tooth gems:
- the application is non-invasive and does not damage the tooth structure,
- materials intended strictly for oral contact are used.
3. The client receives aftercare instructions and commits to following them.
1. The durability of a tooth gem is individual and depends on:
- oral hygiene,
- eating habits,
- the client's lifestyle.
2. The studio does not guarantee a specific retention time for the gem (ranging from a few months up to a year).
3. The gem may fall off naturally — this does not constitute grounds for a complaint, unless it occurs within 30 days of the procedure.
4. The client commits not to manipulate the gem and to adhere to the provided guidelines.
1. Before the procedure, the client signs an informed consent form.
2. The client confirms they have been informed about:
- the course of the procedure,
- possible bodily reactions (piercing),
- the nature of the tooth gems application.
3. All decisions are made voluntarily and at the client's own risk.
1. In case of questions or issues, the client is obliged to contact the studio.
2. The studio provides post-procedure support.
3. Complaints are reviewed individually.
4. The studio is not responsible for:
- improper aftercare,
- interference by third parties,
- natural bodily or material reactions.
1. Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of providing services and managing reservations.
2. Data is protected in accordance with the GDPR regulations applicable in Norway.
3. The client has the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their data.
1. The studio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
2. The current version is available at the studio and online.
3. In matters not covered by these regulations, Norwegian law applies.
